1. Where do you deliver?

We ship all over Europe.

2. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Deliveries to Mainland Portugal can take up to 5 working days to arrive and to the islands and the rest of Europe up to 7 working days.

3. What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item doesn't arrive on time, let us know and we'll track it down.

Returns

1. What parts can be returned?

We accept returns on all items as long as they have never been worn or washed. Parts can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date. Parts must be in their original condition. If a part arrives defective, notify us immediately and we will refund the full cost of the part.

2. Who pays the return shipping fee?

The shipping cost is paid by the customer. The value of the piece is fully refunded.
